• Our online registration is currently available only for institutes in the United States. We are still in the development stages of our registration process. 
• If you do not see the institute you are interested in attending after clicking on the Online registration option it is because we have not yet added it to our online registry. Please phone, fax or mail your registration to our office. 
• If you would like to pay by check you must mail your registration form with payment to the address on the form.
• If you are attempting to register with a diocesan voucher or are a scholarship participant you must mail your registration in order to receive the discounted rate. 
• If you are attempting to register a parish team you must mail, phone or fax your registration in order to receive the parish team discount.
